Here's a hint - it involves Real, Good Food.
The foundation of our business is simple - we love really good food. When we got into the bakery/cafe business in early 2008, we were passionate about serving our customers sandwiches and meals that they were excited to eat and that didn't contain anything other than real food ingredients.
But, within our first year of our #bakerylife, we had customers asking us for gluten-free options. We spent a few months researching the gluten-free world, celiac disease, other dietary restrictions such as dairy and eggs, and other breads that were already on the market. Let me tell you, we weren't impressed. We didn't classify any of the gluten-free breads on the market as, really good food.
Our original Chia Products are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, non-GMO and delicious! They are produced in a dedicated gluten-free and peanut-free facility and are delivered fresh, several times a week to retailers across Ontario.
Our new Low Carb Bread line is also gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, non-GMO and grain-free. This new line of bread products is meant for those trying to avoid grains, sugar, carbs, or anything refined.
