Most low-carb, grain-free breads are made out of eggs. But, we don't use ANY animal by products (that's right, we're vegan). So, we use nuts, coconut, fibre, yeast, pea protein, apple cider vinegar, and so many other superfoods!
IS IT DIABETIC
You bet it is! Our low-carb bread is completely refined sugar free. We use ingredients that have an extremely low glycemic index score and will not cause a spike in your blood sugar like traditional bread does.
Basically, you get the taste and texture of real bread, minus the negative health affects.
